Lindsay PieMaking Equipment (LPME) is famous for our Simple Simon brand and has been designing and developing pie machines for over 25 years. Tom Lindsay, LPME founder and Managing Director, has established Simple Simon as a leader in pie machines with his experience and knowledge of manufacturing and engineering.

Our range of pie machines are 100% Australian Made and unique for producing gourmet style hand-made looking meat pies with either chunky or mince fillings. Each model is capable of producing an assortment of pies in different shapes and sizes on the one machine. Our wide range of Pie Pallets are designed specifically to suit all our pie machines, but can also be used manually on the bench. To further complement your production we also have available Glaze Units, Storage Racks and other ancillary products . These have all been developed under the Simple Simon brand name to meet the highest standards of quality to help our customers make the best meat pies around. All great pie makers use the KISS method - “Keep It Simple Simon”.
