LPME service history records confirm very little requirement for direct visits with following ratio of service calls:

• 90% are minor issues and are satisfied over the phone (e.g. - air cylinders lack air that can be easily corrected)
• 8% may require a 3rd party such as your local electrician
• 2% may require visit by LPME
