Lindsay PieMaking Equipment (LPME), famous for its Simple Simon brand, has been designing and developing pie machines for over 25 years. Tom Lindsay, LPME founder and Managing Director, has with his experience and knowledge of manufacturing and engineering established Simple Simon as a leader in pie machines, bakery equipment, and other pie making ancillary products.

Simple Simon pie machines are unique for producing gourmet style hand made looking pies using either chunky or mince fillings. To compliment our range of Simple Simon, Junior and Lil OZ Pie Machines, also available are; Liquid Filling attachments, Pie Pallets, Glaze Units and Cookers. These have all been developed under the Simple Simon brand name to ensure our customers are working with the latest in innovation and technology. In addition to this, custom designed and developed ancillary products for the pie making industry from racks to rolling pins, ensures each bakery that utilises our equipment is working at peak efficiency but in sync with our KISS method - “Keep It Simple Simon”.

The “Simple Simon 4700” model, produced for the Sydney 2000 Olympics, showcased the capabilities of our pie making equipment to the world. This particular model catered for the needs of all spectators craving a fresh Aussie pie and again repeated its success for the 2003 Rugby World Cup. LPME continues to achieve and be recognised for its innovation and excellence.
